Optimum golf enhancement begins with the individual “Assessment Phase”.  In this phase Dr. Wheelock will analyze the six key biomechanical areas critical for optimum play: flexibility, posture, balance, foot function and stability, core strength, and joint range of motion.  You will receive a detailed report outlining your strengths and weaknesses and how they are affecting our game.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the “Optimization Phase” Dr. Wheelock will work one on one with you to enhance the areas outlined in your assessment.  Your sessions will be a combination of manual therapy, flexibility enhancement, neuromuscular and strength training.  As you work through this phase you will gain the knowledge you need to properly stretch and strengthen on your own.  You’ll feel great and will be well on your way to optimum golf health and maintenance.  You’ll also receive a 10-minute stretch card customized to your needs.  This will outline a warm-up routine you can do prior to teeing off.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The “Maintenance Phase” belongs to those who have done the work to achieve optimum golf enhancement.  In this phase Dr. Wheelock will design a long-term program that will assist you in maintaining your biomechanical edge, for this season and beyond.
